The below table outlines delivery countries, lead times and prices. Please view Terms and conditions, which apply to all shipments.

Business days applies on weekdays, Monday to Friday excluding public holiday. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. Please be aware that during busy periods eg. Black Friday, there may be a delivery time up to 4-12 business days.

From November 1st, you will be required to pay for returns. Your return amount will be refunded based on the cost of the product(s) you are returning minus the cost for return, which you can see in the table above. The We recommend that you use our return label from DHL. If you would like to do so, it’s possible to search for your nearest drop-off point on their website. Just fill in your country and postal code to get an overview of the drop-off points closest to you.

Please be aware that if you choose to use an alternative courier, it will be your responsibility to make sure that the returned goods will arrive safely to our warehouse.

 No matter if you choose to use our return label from DHL, or if you choose an alternative courier, please fill out the return form with your name, order number and reason for return.

 If you have any doubts about the process, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you.



Tracking & order status

Once your orders is packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK, IJH A/S, on the e-mail you used when placing the order.

Now your order will be handed over to our shipping partner Link Logistic.

Second you will receive a shipping confirmation on the e-mail you used when placing the order. This e-mail contains a track and trace link, which allows you to follow the package and choose whether you want to receive your package at your delivery address or at the nearest parcel shop.

Please note that tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24-48 hours for the system to update.

Which countires do you ship to?

Currently we are shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom.

Product return

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at, you have the possibility of returning the products to us.

From the 1st of November, there will be a return fee in all countries, which you can see in the table above. 

You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point..

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange for another item online, so if you want to order a new size, color or style, you must return your purchased style and place a new order.

How to return

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Sweden.

1. Return form

Fill in the return form included in the package or download it here, and state the reason for returning the item. Enclose the return form with the products you wish to return. You can re-use the box/bag they were went in for the return. 

2. Packaging

Carefully place the products in the package and close it properly. If the item was delivered in special packaging (for example, a pair of shoes), send the product in the original packaging. Do not place a return label directly a shoe box.

3. Return label

Attach the return label* to the outside of the package. 

4. Shipping

Deliver the package to the delivery company that supports your package label. It can be a parcel shop. Note: Returns are only free if you use an ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK return label and return items through our delivery partners who support the return shipment.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Always remember to get a receipt when you deliver your package as this is your insurance. You are responsible for your return package until it arrives at our postbox. 


It usually takes 10-14 business days to receive and process a return. When we receive the returned product, we will check it thoroughly for defects. If / when your return is approved, the amount of the product in question will be refunded to your account. It is always transferred via the same payment method that was used to pay for the item. For example, if you have paid by credit card, the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, you will be contacted by our customer service.

Exchange in our stores

If you live near an ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK concept store, it is possible to exchange your product there. Just remember your receipt for the purchase and note that it is only possible to exchange or get a credit note. Please note that sale items or other items purchased at a discount on cannot be exchanged in the store. See overview of our stores
